Billing, Shipping, and Returns Policy
Billing:
All orders will be charged following the completion of entering cardholder information. Ceridium
accepts all major payment networks for all orders.
By purchasing through Ceridium Armor, the purchaser confirms that they agree to our related shipping, returns, and any other related policies located on the Ceridium Armor website.

Shipping:
The purchaser is entirely responsible for verifying the correct shipping address and for the inspection of
their items upon arrival.
Ceridium Armor shall only ship complete orders. To ensure the best shipping price possible, Ceridium Armor shall wait until all items are ready for shipment.

Note: We cannot ship armor internationally, to FPO and APO addresses, or to the state of Connecticut and New York
Returns:
Ceridium Armor shall only accept returns filed within 10 business days of product delivery. All return requests shall be reviewed and examined in a case-by-case basis. See “Defective, Misrepresented, or Incorrect Products” for more details.
Note: A filed complaint or request for refund does not automatically guarantee the customer shall
receive a total or partial refund.
Defective, Misrepresented, or Incorrect Products:
Ceridium Armor will always guarantee quality and satisfaction. If in the case that an item needs to be
returned because of a manufacturer defect, please let us know.
If a discrepancy is found with the product that is believed to be due to manufacturer error, Ceridium will
be responsible for resolving the issue and for any related product and shipping costs. During the 10
days, which Ceridium accepts as reasonable amount of time, return requests will be examined in a caseby-case basis. After this period (10 days) any associated costs with issues shall be the responsibility of
the purchaser.
Allow us 7 business days from receiving the item to process the refund.
If in the case of misrepresentation or if an incorrect item was delivered, Ceridium Armor shall be
responsible for the costs of return shipping and replacement.
A return label shall be emailed to you upon resolution of the case review.
